Setting the Window Registration of the Stereo Pair
Start out with a left and right stereo pair.
Select all (Ctrl+A) and copy (Ctrl+C) left image...
...Paste the copied left image into the right image. This will create a new layer (Layer 1). Reduce the opacity of Layer 1, and you can see both the left and right images simultaneously.
To correct for rotational misalignment, use the Transform/Rotate function.
