Setting the Window Registration of the Stereo Pair
Start out with a left and right stereo pair. Make sure that the left and right images are the same size.
Copy the contents of the left image to the clipboard.
Paste the left image into the right image as a new layer.
Set the opacity of the new layer (left image) to 50%; this way you can see both left and right images (as Layer1 and Background) simultaneously.
